About HotelsLove
Yes. HotelsLove is a hotel booking platform that sources wholesale rates across 5 million properties in 200+ countries. We work with licensed hotel suppliers to access the same pricing that travel agents and tour operators pay. Your booking is confirmed directly with the hotel.
Hotels sell rooms through multiple channels at different price tiers. Retail sites add commissions and markups. We access wholesale rates, which sit below retail pricing, and pass the savings to you. Most travelers save 20-40% compared to the same hotel on other travel sites.
HotelsLove focuses on 3 to 5-star properties. Our search results default to showing rated hotels with verified quality standards. Every result is a verified luxury stay, from boutique city hotels to beachfront resorts and international luxury chains. Properties marked with a Premium badge are 5-star, and those with a Luxury Pick badge are 4-star hotels with strong guest ratings.
When you view a hotel detail page, HotelsLove checks prices on major travel sites and displays them alongside our wholesale rate. You can see exactly how much you save before you book. The comparison updates in real time for your specific dates and room selection.
Booking
Search for your destination and dates on the homepage. Browse the results, select a hotel, and choose your room type. Enter guest details and payment information on the checkout page. You will receive a booking confirmation by email once payment is processed.
Cancellation policies are set by each hotel and vary by rate type. The specific policy for your booking is displayed on the checkout page before you pay and included in your confirmation email. Some rates are fully refundable up to a certain date, while others are non-refundable. Check your confirmation email for the exact terms.
Yes. Enter the guest name (the person checking in) in the guest details section during checkout. The guest does not need a HotelsLove account. The booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
Your confirmation is sent to the email address used during checkout. If you have an account, you can also view it under My Bookings after signing in. If you booked as a guest, use the Manage Booking page with your booking reference number and email.
Pricing and Fees
The price shown on search results and hotel detail pages is the room rate. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you confirm payment. Some hotels charge local city taxes at check-in (for example, Rome charges a city tax of approximately $3-7 per person per night). These are always disclosed on the hotel detail page when applicable.
No booking fees or service charges on standard payments. Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay have no added fees. If you choose Buy Now Pay Later (Sezzle) or crypto wallet (NOWPayments), a small convenience fee applies — always disclosed before you confirm.
You can select your preferred display currency using the currency selector in the site header. The actual charge currency depends on the hotel and payment provider. The checkout page shows the exact amount and currency you will be charged before you confirm.
Payments
HotelsLove accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). PayPal is available in supported regions. For eligible bookings in the US and Canada, buy-now-pay-later options through Sezzle are also available. Cryptocurrency payment via NOWPayments is supported for select bookings.
You pay through HotelsLove at the time of booking. Your payment is processed securely and the reservation is confirmed directly with the hotel. You do not need to pay the hotel again at check-in unless there are local taxes or incidental charges.
Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment providers. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. The checkout page uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.
Account
No. You can book as a guest without creating an account. If you create an account, you can view your booking history, save traveler details for faster checkout, and manage reservations from one place.
Go to the Manage Booking page and enter your booking reference number and the email address used during checkout. Your booking details, status, and cancellation options will be displayed.

In the rare event that a hotel cannot honor a confirmed booking, our support team will work to find you a comparable alternative at the same rate or issue a full refund. Contact us immediately at hi@hotelslove.com with your booking reference.
