Last updated: July 26, 2026. By using HotelsLove (hotelslove.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. About HotelsLove

HotelsLove is a hotel booking platform that connects travelers with wholesale hotel rates sourced from a global network of licensed hotel suppliers. We act as an intermediary between you (the traveler) and the hotel or accommodation provider. When you complete a booking, you enter into a direct contract with the hotel. HotelsLove facilitates the reservation and payment processing but is not the accommodation provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HotelsLove and make a booking. By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials if you create an account.

3. Use of Service

HotelsLove is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent security measures, use automated scraping tools, or interfere with the operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

4. Bookings

When you search for hotels on HotelsLove, the prices displayed are sourced from our wholesale supplier network and are subject to availability. Prices may change between the time you view a listing and the time you complete checkout. The final price is confirmed on the checkout page before you submit payment.

A booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. Your confirmation email contains your booking reference number, hotel details, check-in and check-out dates, and the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.

5. Pricing and Fees

Prices shown on search results and hotel detail pages are room rates. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you confirm payment. HotelsLove does not add booking fees or service charges to the room rate.

Some hotels charge local taxes or resort fees directly at check-in. These charges are disclosed on the hotel detail page when applicable and are not collected by HotelsLove.

If you select a buy-now-pay-later payment option (such as Sezzle), the payment provider may apply a convenience fee. This fee is set by the payment provider, not by HotelsLove, and is displayed before you confirm the payment method. Cryptocurrency payments processed through NOWPayments are subject to network fees and exchange rate fluctuations at the time of transaction.

6. Payment Methods

HotelsLove accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options in supported regions. Cryptocurrency payment is available for select bookings. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment providers. HotelsLove does not store your card details on our servers.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation terms are set by each hotel and vary by rate type. The cancellation policy for your specific booking is displayed on the checkout page before you confirm payment and is included in your confirmation email.

Refundable bookings may be cancelled according to the terms shown in your confirmation. Non-refundable rates are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled for a refund. For eligible refunds, processing times depend on your payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

8. Price Accuracy

HotelsLove sources rates from third-party suppliers in real time. While we make every effort to display accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. If a price is materially incorrect (for example, a rate of $1/night for a 5-star hotel), we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

9. Hotel Responsibility

The hotel or accommodation provider is responsible for the quality, condition, and availability of the property. HotelsLove does not own, manage, or operate any hotel listed on the platform. If you experience issues during your stay, contact the hotel directly. If the hotel cannot resolve the issue, contact HotelsLove support and we will assist where possible.

In the rare event that a hotel cannot honor a confirmed booking, HotelsLove will work to find a comparable alternative at the same rate or issue a full refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

HotelsLove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or travel disruption.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to a booking made through HotelsLove is limited to the total amount you paid for that booking.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on HotelsLove, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HotelsLove or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of HotelsLove shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
